EXECUTIVE BIO
With over 18 years’ experience in the commercial sector, Michael has developed a reputation for excellence in developing and executing complex leasing strategies, portfolio management and repositioning premium office assets. A well-respected and trusted operator by tenants, landlords and investors alike, Michael has deep expertise in real estate portfolio structures, lease negotiation, financial management, capital management and workplace experience.
An MBA Graduate of Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Michael excelled in Management of Innovation and Design Thinking and was awarded the prestigious Dean’s Award in 2019 and 2021 respectively. He lives by the mantra of paying it forward and continues to coach and mentor a number of professionals across multiple industries.
Michael is a husband, a father of two beautiful daughters, a survivor of cancer, and a student of life, for life.

EXPERIENCE
Prior to setting up his own business, Michael was Divisional Director at The GPT Group, where he held responsibility for the management and performance of a multibillion-dollar nationwide portfolio of premium commercial office buildings. Throughout his career, Michael has worked for and partnered with some of Australia’s largest REITS and private property trusts. During this time, he has executed over 200,000 sqm of leasing transactions with multinational and ASX-listed companies and repositioned some of Australia’s most renowned office buildings.
